Melting Moment with Strawberry Jam



Melt-in-your-mouth experience is really fantastic.The high proportion of custard powder gave you melt-in-your-mouth feel. I followed the recipe from Julia Taylor, a contestant of MasterChef Australia.

I made my own Strawberry jam myself, and the steps were very simple. Everyone could make it!

Strawberry Jam

1. 250 g of strawberries, chopped into small pieces
2. 250 g of caster sugar

Cook in a saucepan until thickened and set aside to cool down.

Enjoy!
